- We run a short discovery to confirm scope, risks, and dependencies. Estimates include a milestone plan, sprint cadence, roles, and a transparent cost breakdown (base scope + options). All of this is formalized in the SOW with change control for new requests.
- Discovery → Solution workshop → Estimate (timeline/effort/cost) → Proposal & SOW → Kickoff → Architecture & Design → Agile build (1–2 week sprints) → Security checks → QA & UAT → Training & handover → Go-live → 30–90 days hypercare and governance.
- Yes. We define a RACI with your team, set up shared tooling (Git, ticketing, CI/CD), and agree on a comms cadence (standups, weekly steering, monthly governance). We can also align with PMO artifacts your company already uses.
- We use threat modeling to identify controls early. For identity we support SSO (OIDC/SAML) and SCIM provisioning. PII is minimized, encrypted in transit/at rest, and access is role-based. Audit logging covers security-relevant events with retention per policy.
- We align the design and operating procedures to your compliance goals (e.g., data flows, vendor management, change control, access reviews). We’re not an auditor but we implement the technical and process controls your auditors expect.
- We set explicit budgets (latency/throughput), add observability (traces, logs, metrics), and size capacity based on expected load. We apply caching/CDN, async processing where applicable, and use load tests before go-live.
- We’re provider-agnostic across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Cost is managed via right-sizing, spot/committed use where feasible, storage tiering, and efficient data egress patterns. We produce a cost model and track KPIs post-launch.
- You own your data and the bespoke deliverables as defined in the SOW. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses. We can include an IP assignment clause if your legal team requires it.
- Yes. We design deployments to keep data within mandated regions and document all cross-region flows. Backups and DR follow the same residency constraints.
- Fixed-fee for well-defined scope, T&M for research or evolving discovery, or a hybrid model. All options come with transparent reporting and governance.
- Minor changes can be absorbed within sprint buffers; material changes follow a formal CR with impact on cost/timeline. Nothing is executed without written approval.
- We provide 30–90 days of hypercare, a runbook, on-call escalation paths, and monthly governance. We can transition to your ops team or offer a managed support package (SLAs, response times, patch windows).
- Yes—administrator and operator guides, ADRs, API contracts, and architecture overviews. We run live training and record sessions for later use.
- Definition of Done includes unit/integration tests, security checks, and accessibility (WCAG) audits. We run performance tests and track regressions with CI/CD gates.
- Core team typically includes a Delivery Lead/PM, Solution Architect, Frontend/Backend Engineers, QA, and DevOps/Platform. Roles scale up/down based on scope and phase.
- Yes. We can prepare an exit plan with asset lists, credentials handover, knowledge transfer, and a controlled cutover to your next team or provider.
